Charlotte joins BailSafe Australia with a background in law, tertiary education and directorships of commercial enterprises. Her broad corporate history provides a 360-degree understanding of the requirements to succeed at all levels of the service industry.


Jackson Oppy - Operations Director

Jackson is an experienced senior health sector executive. His dedication to the delivery of a digital comprehensive integrated medical and mental health treatment to Australians engaged in the judicial system, is a direct response to the Victorian Royal Commission Recommendations on Mental Health.


Dr. Jonathan Wee - General Practitioner

Dr. Jonathan Wee is an experienced General Practitioner with an interest in mental health offering comprehensive strategies in managing depression, anxiety, addiction and intimite partner violence. He also has a particular interest in digital health technology and a focus on delivering innovative telemedicine solutions.  


Teagen Barry -Social Worker

University of Newcastle Bachelor of Social Work (Hons)

A widely experienced new graduate Social Worker with an extensive background in case work, crisis intervention, child protection and advocacy, amongst a diverse range of clients and settings. A quick and eager learner who adopts a client-centred, strength-based and trauma-informed approach when working with all clients.

Teagan places a high value on professional development and has a deep understanding of ethical principles. A team player with effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, yet a diligent work ethic, strong initiative and the ability to work independently.

Sara Morosin - Social Worker

Master of Social Work Studies   - University of Queensland

A Social Worker with a keen interest in counselling and therapeutic interventions as well as Green/Environmental Social Work. Sara practices in Horticulture Therapy and Therapeutic Horticulture. Sara is passionate about nature based interventions and the continual research emerging that highlights the benefits this can have on the wellbeing of various different population groups.
